LexGuard provides AI-generated contract summaries and observations for informational purposes only. Nothing on LexGuard is legal advice. Using LexGuard does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and LexGuard or its operators. For binding legal decisions, you must consult a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.

LexGuard's analyses are generated by a large language model. While we strive for accuracy, the service is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of output. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LexGuard, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service or any decision made based on its output. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is lower.

• You may only upload contracts you have the right to share.
• You must not upload illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Whop. You can cancel any time from your settings page; you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time. If you believe you've been billed in error, contact us within 14 days.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where LexGuard's operator is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
